The dividend rate and annual percentage yield
(APY) may change each month. The certificate yield
(APY) for each month will be determined by adding
100 basis points (1%) to the 13-Week Treasury Bill
rate posted in the "Money Rates" section
of the Wall Street Journal from the last business
day of the month.
The dividend rate for your Variable Rate
Certificate will never be less than 1.982% with an
annual percentage yield of 2% or more than 9.569%
with an annual percentage yield of 10%.
