Address Changes

If you wish to request a change of address for your ALEC accounts, requests may be made by selecting "Compose New Mail" using the E-Mail Function at ALEC's Virtual Branch.  Click here to log on to Virtual Branch. 

If you are not already enrolled for Virtual Branch, please contact ALEC Member Services at 847.688.8000 or 800.762.9988, M-F 9:00 AM  - 5:00 PM CST to request a change of address or visit any ALEC Service Center.
