The AP6 Service Center is back open with a brand-new look! We thank you for your patience and support during this process. The AP6 Service Center update is more than just cosmetic it is about improving your experience with ALEC.
What’s New:
Teller Station: As you enter the new AP6 Service Center there is an updated teller station to provide an enhanced experience with a better layout to serve you.
Member Service Representative Offices: Private member service representative offices are there to discuss any classified questions you may have as well as a meeting space for any inquiries or worries.
Branding: The updated colors, theme, and space of the office reflect the current ALEC branding. This also includes any banners, posters, postcards, etc. to help notify you of any upcoming events or webinars that could benefit your banking experience.
ALEC is back and open at the AP6 Service Center with the same loyalty but better experience! We are dedicated to quality service and have created a space that feels familiar and excitingly fresh.

2024 Tax Information and Tax Preparation Discounts
Your 2024 tax documents are now available! If you are not enrolled in e-notices, your 1099-INT and 1098-R was mailed to your address of record prior to January 31, 2025.
Find your tax documents online
1099-INT statements will be ready by January 31, 2025 (or earlier if you get an email telling you that your tax documents are ready).
Please note that only members who earned more than $10 in interest during 2024 will receive a 1099-INT statement from us for tax year 2024. If you are receiving a 1099-INT statement, on January 31, 2025 (or earlier if you get an email), log in to alecu.org and select the E-Documents button in the Services menu. Then select the View Notice/Tax Form option. (You will only receive a 1099-INT statement if you earned $10 or more in interest with ALEC during 2024.)
For ALEC Mobile App Users, click on the More option in the lower right-hand corner of the accounts screen, then the Statements & documents category under Services. Your tax documents may be access by clicking on the 12/31/2024 Tax Documents category.
Note, that you’ll have access to the last two years’ worth of tax notices should you need them in the future.
