Prime Rate is “prime” as listed in the “Money Rates” section of The Wall Street Journal from the last business day of the previous quarter. Standard variable rate is between 12.70% and 18.70% APR. Promotional rate is not valid on accounts with a current introductory offer. Balances on current ALEC Visa cards or loans are not eligible to be transferred to a new ALEC Visa account and receive the promotional rate. All loans are subject to credit approval.
